Dylan Kezele

Dylan Kezele is the Director of Government Affairs & Policy for the Solar Energy Manufacturers for America (SEMA) Coalition, where he helps lead congressional engagement, policy development, and advocacy efforts to strengthen American solar manufacturing and domestic supply chains. His work focuses on the federal energy, tax, trade, and environmental policies that support the growth and competitiveness of the U.S. solar industry. He also serves as a Director at Mission Strategies.

Dylan brings experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, with a background in federal policymaking, congressional affairs, and stakeholder relations. His work spans clean energy, advanced manufacturing, environmental policy, and federal appropriations, with an emphasis on advancing policies that strengthen American industry and energy security.

Prior to his current roles, Dylan worked on the Advanced Manufacturing & Supply Chains team at Boundary Stone Partners, supporting clients in the solar, battery, and critical minerals industries. His previous experience also includes legislative work with the Climate Action Campaign US, the office of Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-08), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

Dylan holds a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in environmental and climate policy from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Political Science from Elizabethtown College.
